Default 10 Years on CF

Today I noticed that the 10 year member yellow banner was on my profile. Wow I can't believe it's been that long. I started in the C4 area when I bought my first vette than moved to C5 when I bought my 00 vert. Well after about 2 years without a vette last year I jumped back in with a 1 owner low mile 04 Z06. During the 2 years without a vette I still came to the CF about once or twice a week just to keep in touch with good people.

Thanks to the friends I have made here and thanks for all the help with vette maintenance that I have gotten on CF, I am sure you all have saved me money many times. But than again you all have helped me spend money also, LOL. Thanks again to everyone.

Congrats and hope your around a lot longer. I didn't join until I had my C5. Had a C4 for about 6 months before that but didn't know about the forum. Glad someone told me about it. Been in C5 since day 1.

Crazy huh? My first was a c4 too, but my second was a 62, so I hung out in the c1 and 2 section. Got a 65 big block and hung out there for a few more years. I'm on my 4'th c5, so I've been here for a few years now. Even after all these years I still see a question that opens my eyes a bit! The one about how to drive around at night just using the fog lights, or something like that , is the latest that comes to mind. At least the cup holder complaints have died down. That was major thread every day years ago. Now it's the wheel color, or how great a Miata is. Of course the c5 section is the only one where I have been banned, suspended, etc....TWICE! Oh well, it's still a great place to hang out and learn stuff. I've met some good people (in person) through here and some I'd love to meet others, such as Evil Twin a.k.a. Bill, and pick his brain for a day or two. Anyway, congrats on your ten year banner!
