I have seen it in some other pics of cars on Here and Mine also..it seems in certain Light mostly darker situations...cloud cover ect. that the front and rear bumpers look to be a different color...is this because of the material ..??? On Sunny days you can't tell it...
I get that sometimes with my black color. seems like the top of trunk is darker than the side rear quarter panels which looks to have a hint of blue in it. Or the headlight covers vs the hood. On some days looks like about 3 different colors of black.
Now I just got the hood and light covers re-painted about 2 weeks ago just to freshen up 13yrs of road use. Promptly put it in the garage so have not had it out on a sunny day yet to see any differences.

On certain colors, I do think the different materials used make matching the paint a bit of a challenge. My electron blue matches perfectly, but I've seen some silvers and yellows that had some panels that were off a bit.

I have a machine silver and I know exactly what you mean.
