Is anyone using a "Curb Alert" curb sensor? BIG Question is, do they work as advertised and are they noticeable when installed? My front bumper is perfect and I want to keep it that way. I'm thinking about purchasing one.

Yes, I have one and it does work. There is no drilling or otherwise intrusion into your lower front bumper. Front sensor is held on by strong two sided tape. Easy installation. Instructions are good. My only caution is when using it, roll up to the front object slow. The signal warning is a little slow in my opinion. It does it job for me. Have not scraped since owning it.

Not sure what the wheel face has to do with the curb alert since the device is installed under the front fascia and is designed to prevent front end impacts.
But E-T is right about the wheel - a quality polished aluminum wheel is easier to repair than many other types.
Ummmmm it says " curb alert " ( topic said nothing about a Front curb alert )... people who park on the street parallel to the curb run the risk of curb rash, they sell curb feelers, which have been around for 60 years. I don't have or never had curb feelers or a curb alert ( something relatively new. ) ... My assumption was that we are talking about the Curb... Not a parking space cement stopper or abutment.

I thought of the concrete bumpers in parking lots also and was curious about the picture of the wheel. I grew up in Chicago which is all parallel parking but don't live in the big city anymore. I'm always bumping the parking lot ones but the steel bars underneath protect the car. I do on occasion parallel park but I don't get so close to the curb, using my excellent parking skills & side view mirror

I am an old guy, barely able to look over the steering wheel ( you know the type ). I've been driving for 55 years , and still don't know how to drive... but I am learning, slowly but surely.

Do you have a HUD? If yes, the image is projected to about where the front of the car is. Use that to estimate distance and park short. The Corvette is not very long so you don't need to pull all the way forward in a parking space.
It always amazes me how many people (not necessarily Vette owners) park by feel. Pull in till the car stops then back up a bit.
