Depends on your situation - do you travel long distances or relatively deserted roads regularly in which runflats would be an added measure of security and safety? I went from runflats to non-runflats on my last two C5s and have no regret. I've not had any tire punctures, the ride is so much better, handling is better, and road noise is less. Plus the tires cost considerably less when replacement is needed.
I carry a plug kit, air compressor, cell phone and have emergency road service on my insurance - all give me a peace of mind to keep with non-runflats.
