sounds like it is either low or completely out of refrigerant... if you recently bought it take it back and see if they will help you... they will have to charge it first and then check for leaks

I work for an ac company and my tech checked it and it has pressure....

did they make sure it was full?... is the hvac displaying an accurate outside air temp?... if that isn't reading properly it could cause the ac to not work

well i somehow changed my temp to c instead of f so im not sure what its reading lol
Given the B0363 code you have the climate control HVAC system. In the display window for the HVAC system there should be an EXT temp shown with the key ON. What does t read and how close is it to the external temp??
If it reads a very low number like 32 then the ext temp sensor has failed and the AC is NOT going to run because it thinks the outside temp is too cold.
Th B0363 MAY be able to be cleared by following the steps in the following thread:
If the code keeps coming back then the Left side HVAC actuator may need to be replaced.
Let's see. A 1998 vehicle makes the car about 18 years old....
Any 18 year old vehicle is going to have its own set of problems and components that fail. If you need a higher reliability daily driver perhaps a new KIA which will have a warranty and probably would cost around the same as the 98 Vette would be a better choice.
Well said. Any used car will have issues, an 18 year old car will probably have more.
mine did the same this past summer went test by test in the repair manual, told me it was the relay, switched relay with fog light and the AC worked .then bought a new relay, life is good !!!!!!!

Thanks but no thanks to the Kia idea I have a 2002 Trans Am that has never had issues like this car does...clearly the stupid person before me never did any type of maint on the car...........

Reason: typo
THat is a left actuator code. Clear it and see if it works temporarily. If it does, but returns, you will have to replace the actuators. Might as well replace both while you have the dash out.
