The C6 TPM sensors will not work with the C5 system. My advice is to replace the C6 ones with the appropriate C5 ones and have no problems. Will be much cheaper too, provided you could even make the C6 sensors work by changing out other parts.

Completely different...only option is to replace with C5 tpms.

I just did this Last week...i put C6 wheels on mine...and I went ahead and bought new TPM's.. for a 2002....I got mine from Tire Rack...42.00 each...tire store charged me 40.00 bucks to install...got home and programmed to the car using a magnet...everything works Great
