Identify this for me please

I was assuming this was a partition for a c5 zo6, because it came with my 01 z when I had bought it in 2008. Never have used it or tryed to use it so I figured I would sale it. So met a guy with an 02 z but we could not figure out how it went in so he didn't buy it. So just need any help I can get to identify this thing. Called corvettes of Houston and sent him a picture of it and he said he had never seen one like this before. Please help so I can sale this thing lol

Looking at the shape it looks like it was made for cars with water fall extension which are the convertibles. Then again hard to tell from the picture some side shots could help.
