I found what appears to be someones bumper ( No they did not leave an I'm sorry ) marks on the right rear of my Black 2003. Its on the plastic bumper. I did use my Adams product to remove some/ most of the white leftover's but the Black plastic has a scratch/ loss of paint.
Do I need a visit to a body shop, or does someone have a suggestion.
The rear fascia (bumper) is made out of RIMM urethane. If you cannot buff the damage out you will likely have to have the fascia resprayed with a blend. This is a very common paint repair technique, and due to modern computerized paint match ups produces a really good repair. You should expect to pay $400-$600 to have it done properly.
Depending on exactly where the hit on the rear fascia is there may be more damage. Removing the outer most tail light and looking inside of the fascia will tell you if there was any internal damage to the fascia-to-rear quarter mount points. Even the slightest tap can cause un-seen damage.

Thanks for the Prompt reply. I'll check underneath, for damage. I guess it comes down to if I notice it so much that the repair will calm me down

Touch up paint can do wonders even to point where only you know it's there. Also time does make it better. After a while it will not be such a big deal. Been there. I freaked out when I scraped the front fender on a high curb. Touched it up and now I never see it and don't care about it. I am glad I didn't spend money at a body shop to get it repaired.
