Recently I purchased a new shift **** for my car. I have been doing a lot of research for a very ling while. I stumbled upon this Manufacturer on the Subaru forums. Went to his website and to my surprise he makes ***** for the C5 and C6. I then continued to read every single review I could find on them. I liked what I was reading. So I placed my order. He was on vacation for the week so I had to wait. However even on vacation he emailed me to let me know. He shifted my order into production late Easter Sunday. Monday afternoon I had my tracking information. I received this **** Wednesday evening. Let me just say it is better looking and feeling than I expected. It weighs in at just over 1lb. compared to the 2.85oz of the stock **** it is a huge improvement. The reviews I have read do not do this mans art justice. Anyone with a manual shifter should really look into these *****. Pics to come in a little while.

TL;DR: Lathewerks shift **** best **** ever.

They are all hand made by one guy. It looks even better in person. I went with the stainless steel and bead blasted finish

Thankfully winter left us over a month ago. As for the ****, IIRC it got irritating when anywhere near 30C (mid 80's), couldn't touch it in the 90's.
Report back when the heat hits.
