Headlights up with headlights off?

Open the hood. Turn the dial/wheel/*** on the light housing to raise them. Do your repairs. Turn your headlights on then off to lower them.

Turn the lights on, engage the emergency brake. When you turn off the ignition the lights should turn off but stay up. Or C5 headlights also stay up when you turn on the headlights, then turn them back to the parking lights position without turning the switch all the way off
