Seat mount

What is an alternative to using hardbar seat mounts. $350 is extremely expensive. But I need the headroom. I have a kirkey 17" road race seat. Any alternative opinions would be greatly appreciated

I built my own using barstool and used dual locking manual sliders. I gained almost 2". I only put in about 1/2 tilt back could have been more.

Most of the good side mount seat brackets are $350 or more. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any under that price range for a quality set that you can also mount the sub-harness too.

I used a Planted mount, I got some 1/8 thick 2x3 aluminum angle for the front and bolted the seat directly to the base in the rear, works damn good.

You will also need a back brace with this seat.
