My 03z current sound system is killing me and with purchase of car and other things I will have to wait until next year for sound system upgrades. Is there any cheap things so I can hook up my iphone? Thanks for help in advance
Dennis @ Double D Mods has a nice kicker package speaker plug and play upgrade... it's what I did and am very happy with it... along with these other items to upgrade the factory head unit so I could play bluetooth via a smart phone or an ipod...
If all you are looking for is a quick and cheap way to get your iPhone to play through your factory stereo then do what I do - get an FM transmitter.
Cheap? Yup. We have a store around here called Five Below where I picked one up for $5.
Sound good? Nope...but at least I can use my phone. Good enough for me at this point...and the nav from the Maps app comes through the speakers as well.
It would get you through the hump until you could do a proper upgrade, and there are no physical modifications that have to be made to the car.
