Default 99' C5 suspension problem

Hello,

1999 C5 auto. US import, I'm in the UK. Owned 9 months.

So iv recently changed the shocks to Koni FSD's due to the shock on the car being broken. Front right was de-gassed and the rear right was broken at the lower control arm.

The ride has not changed. It feels ok over some bumps but anything like a lump or a slightly sunken drain and it feels like there is no travel in the shocks at all. Like a flat tyre with the rim hitting the road. Iv raised the rear to the max of the thread on the bolt installed and it's only just over an inch between the tyre and arch (I have gone the right way, less threads showing almost coveres the top of the tyre in the arch)

A fellow UK C5 owner has done the same and it rides perfectly.

Does anyone have any idea what's up?

Thanks in advance

Scott.

I did have a good look at all the parts but saw nothing out of the ordinary. Just had the transmission fluid changed your a uk corvette specialist and the had a look when it was on the 4 poster jack but didn't mention any issues.
I shall get it up this weekend and have a proper look.

Thanks for your time
