Default Wheel & tire question

Recently picked up a C6 with C5 zo6 wheels.

I ordered Federal 595 evo in 265/40zr17 for the front. My question is they don't make a 595 evo in the 295/35/18 size but they make one in a 285/30ZR18.

Will these fit?

They may fit the rims, but your car will have problems with traction control.

265/40/17 = 25.4" diameter
285/30/18 = 24.8" diameter

The rear tires are shorter than the front. Your car needs the rear tires to be 0.5" to 1.5" bigger tires on the rear to keep the AH/TC computers happy.

Okay so with that stated..... I'm planning on going back to 18x11's on the rear of my FRC. Looking at going with 315 30 18 for the rear.

What 18" size tire do I need for the front wheels ?
