I bought a couple of small ticket items (<$100) from DRM (Doug Rippie Motorsports). Randy Rippie has kept me in the loop on the status of these items. That's going way above and beyond the call of duty!

Right now I have a few thousand dollars invested in 2 fairly popular vendors on this site. I have been waiting for product for months and I am having to contact them regularly to get status, and I still don't have a committed date. So the type of service mentioned is NOT a given...
