I am going to attempt to repair the EBCM, code C1214, and at the same time I will be pulling the intake on my "new" 2002 to do the oil switch and put in the relocate.
I purchased the suggested fittings for the relocate but when I screw the switch into the adapter it bottoms out in the fitting and the gasket does not 'crush'.
Any one come across this before?
Thanks,
Joe

these are the parts I used and how I installed them (download Doc.)
Thanks for the docs.
The male threads on the switch are 16mm x 1.5 and the 90 degree fitting from Amazon is 3/8 female pipe thread, theoretically they are not compatible.
I assume you had no problem with leakage?
I stock that 90 degree fitting in my store and I make my own hydraulic hoses. I will check it out tomorrow.
Thanks,
Joe
