I attached two pictures of me messing up my HVAC screen. I installed a new cd player with the HUMOUNT but when I pulled out the original I harry pottered the crap out of the screen on the HVAC unit. Is there a way to replace the screen or do I have to buy an entire new one? It works perfect but pissed at myself that I did that to my baby.

Getting a used one from one of the Forum's used parts vendors would be the easiest way to go. You could try and polish out the scratch - there are lots out there for removing scratches from plastic pieces. At this point it looks like you have nothing to lose by trying it.

I agree. You could polish or sand the scratch out. If you sand it, you'll likely have to finish with a clear coat paint. Either should work. Worst comes to worst, you buy a replacement.
Well good news after googling a good bit, I found someone that said to try the Meguires Scratch X and work it in for a while. It took out most of it, looks ok now, I can live with it. Thanks for all the advice.
