Default What's this called?
Was doing some engine cleaning today and noticed this line that appears to be a vacuum line is cracked. It's right above the throttle body and connects into the air inlet above the air bridge. Does anyone know the technical part name or number? Car runs fine with no lights but I wanna take care of it. Thank you

I just went out and looked at mine. I do not have a line in that spot.

From what I've found online, it's a vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator. Found only on 97 and 98s. Seems like the part is discontinued.

Mine was cracked also, went to the local auto parts store purchased a piece of fuel line the same diameter. Problem solved!! It only takes about 3 inches of line.

Thanks for that info. Having never owned a 97-98 C5, I would not have known that it was for the fuel pressure regulator.

just get a small piece of vacuum hose from the auto parts store, it's nothing special... make sure the inner diameter is the same and you should be good
