I need a new from corvette flag emblem as mine is bent and just looks horrible so I have two questions. When I take it off are there going to be holes so that the new one will be aligned right or will I have to make some marks with tape so I know I have it on correctly and second is where can I buy one?

If you do buy a used one, remember you'll have to use some double sided tape and trim it to fit the outline of the emblem. Not hard to do, just time consuming.

Is this how the badge is held in place???? Double-sided tape and 2 pins?? I need to replace mine as well but kind of feared tackling it.

the emblem is pliable so if it has lost it's shape you might be able to fix it... the front and rear emblems are almost the same, the only difference is the front has 2 tabs that fit into holes in the bumper but other than that they are the same size... and as stated above you can use some thin double sided tape to hold it down... I got bored with my emblem so I cut some of it out and tinted the flags with some vinyl, it came out pretty decent and I like it... but now I have a clear bra outlining where the emblem used to be... if you can't fix it you might be able to do something like this if you think you would like it and don't feel like buying another emblem

thanks... I didn't want to totally black it out and didn't want it so dark that the flag wasn't legible, I found some smoke vinyl for next to nothing and it ended up working pretty good... I have washed the car a couple of times since then and it doesn't show any signs of peeling up or anything so hopefully it will last in the long run... my rear emblem was removed long ago, like right after I bought the car
