My 99's ac has not been cooling like it should. The weird thing is the vents on the passenger side blow cold. The drivers side vents are blowing warm to cool air. Any suggestions or thoughts?

...It sounds like the blend door actuators, but it can also be vacuum issues or a bad climate control head unit. Lots of write ups and info in regards to this, I too have the same issue and it's starting to get hot. Time to address it !!...
Thank you for the info, I recharged it a few years ago. I didn't notice it cols on one side and warm on the other though. I will check the codes for actuators and the Freon. Any advice on where to begin searching for the vacuum? Thanks again guys!
The first thing to do is pull codes. See if there are any a/c related ones. I would still do a complete evac and recharge on the system before I did anything/ or replaced anything else, especially since it solved your issue last time. Small/slow leaks are not uncommon on R134 systems.
