Price question ?
Im looking at a 98 Arctic white m6 with red interior. It has 68k miles and is owned by an 84 year old(6 years he has had it.) It is stock other than a Vortex rammer CAI and magnaflow Cb. It's in super shape. Is it worth 14k?

It sounds in line to me based on others I've seen. Compare with FOR SALE FORUM and other sites. It would be good for him to produce records if possible and do a carfax check.

If it's in great shape as you say and everything works as it should, then the price is not bad.

Price sounds good if all as it should be. Accident free, maintenance records, carfax? Take the time to perform your due diligence, very, very important. The mileage is fairly low for the year, but low mileage does not trump proper maintenance. . Appearances can be deceiving. Get it checked out by a C5 fluent shop or tech. By the way, love Arctic White and if it works out it'll be just in time for summer cruising! Best wishes!

If the car checks out mechanically, the price is very good for a well maintained early C5 with manual trans. Nice color combo.

with the comments above - if car checks out, that is a very reasonable price...

In sunny southern California where I live it could possibly sell for up to 16K but if your in Minnesota or somewhere where the weather isn't as friendly it could maybe fetch 11K or 12K, depends on the miles-color-maintenance racords, overall condition and how much its really worth to "you" But so far it sounds like a good base to start with. Good luck. CorvetteBob
