Default Spacer advice

I'm running H&R Hubcentric 25mm spacers on the rear of my C5, and found out that all of the extended studs I was using snapped in half posing a serious safety risk. Can anyone recommend extremely strong extended studs with the correct length and specifications I can use?

Why not contact manufacturer and see what they suggest and maybe even supply. PS make sure your accident/life insurance is up to date same time, lol.

Im confused by the sites layout. Does this configuration look correct for a 25mm spacer? Long or short?

Why not just use wheel adapters instead of spacers? (I didn't have to modify studs at all.)

I used 1" spacers on mine and have not had any problems as of yet in 2 years, and that's with some pretty aggressive canyon driving at times too. As long as you can get at least 7 full turns on each lug nut
( that's what GM considers safe ) you shouldn't have any problems. Going with ARP Studs wont hurt anything but your wallet and many racers use them just to be on the safe side. Your choice, This is just my experience with it. Good Luck, CorvetteBob
