I ordered a Bose adapter on the 24th, got an email this evening saying it on the way. Which is great except the new single din radio arrived today and the MGW shifter gets here tomorrow and I was hoping to do it all at once, but since I am still waiting on the mount I guess I will take apart the dash twice. Leaving town on Friday and the shifter will be in the car for our 1st roadtrip in the Vette.

Well guys we are just a little busy and for one never have time to come on here anymore.

Once the OP actually called we got this taken care of. USPS showed no tracking info on the shipment which went out on 6/18 when we went to USPS to drop off packages. So unless we know of issues its marked shipped on my end and we move on to the next.

SO since he had a minute to post up and ask a questions as to what is going on with us...I thought I would take a minute and update since now he is taken care of with a new replacement shipped yesterday and has not bothered to mentioned that calling and leaving us a message got a return phone call and made us aware to help.

As always calling us is the best way to reach us as I dont have a lot of time anymore for computer work....

We have minimal stock on single din install kits as everyone wants double din. SO I am sorry we didnt have the pocket ones here in quantity. I had 3 and 3 orders came in at same time for complete single din radio packages and since we also sell the radios we sent them out in the radio packages waiting for more to come in.

Your dash kit was to ship on the 28th but UPS decided for some reason to delay our shipment a day so it shipped Wednesday. With the 24th being a Friday and shipping to resume on 6/27 we got delayed a day on yours so I am sorry.
Thanks again for your business
Dennis

Thank You Dennis, not a problem. I really wasn't expecting the shifter to get here so fast, so more a problem on my end than yours. Sorry if it sounded like I was unhappy with your service because I most definitely am not.

He lost my business for not returning my calls, and I would not recommend his business to anyone.

Bob I try to call everyone I get messages for. I am sorry you feel this way but even while here in Seattle while here for my sons surgery I am taking phone calls transferred to my cell phone in the hospital. So not sure why you would go Unoticed two times. I took 41 phone calls just today on my cell that I could answer with others not leaving any message. As normally they switch to a second line for answering.
Sorry we could t help. Hope you were taken care of to your satisfaction.

I will say that they will get some more business from me, we were emailing back and forth this last Sunday trying to get my radio back working. I emailed a question and didn't expect a reply for a couple of days and got one back with in minutes. I figured out the problem but really appreciated the time he spent trying to help. I only ordered a 12 dollar cord.

My experience with Dennis, and his business have been nothing short of spectacular. First-rate in every shape and form. I had the pleasure of taking my car personally to him last year, and he did an incredible job with the install. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant transaction and dealing with someone who has patience in spades. Dennis can make magic for you but, you have to have patience and be realistic in the time frame he says for parts. If he says 8-10 weeks, then he means it. We're fortunate to have Dennis and his abilities. My thanks again to Dennis for all he's done for the Corvette Community, he's certainly been an outstanding vendor.

I had a local shop handle the system from sale to installation, and completely satisfied.

Ps.

Hope the surgery goes well and he will be back as good as new.

Dennis and DD are awesome and always come through. Dennis is a stickler for delivering what he says he will and comes through with excellent quality and great service.

Here are a few pieces he did for me most recently (not installed yet).

Custom gauge mounts with ashtray delete, piano-black paint and leather

Leather-wrapped console with sewn-in logo

Leather-wrapped bezel

Dennis, hope your son is doing well.

This is my wife's C5 which we subsequently sold. Dennis did a lot of the work on these pieces as well. I ordered all the audio components from him.

303 Aerospace - gives it a soft sheen like factory, not a shiny finish.
