Ok. well, start with cleaning the MAF and TB and do what Mr Curlee suggest... he is the MAN and will help us to get you fixed up 
Your car sits soooo much also you should add a can of Techron to your fuel you fuel may not be very good....

Ok I will try to do what yall suggest, I've never worked on anything this new, mostly cars in the 70's. I don't know about this computer stuff. I want to thank everyone for helping me, I work alot just have to try this when I have time . Thanks again
