If you are referring to the "transparent" Lexan roof, I have only used Zaino Sealants or Chadwicks Triple Play on mine. It has been my DD for 16 years and still looks like new.
In addition to reapplying sealant every 3-4 months, I also wipe mine down with either Zaino Z-6, Zaino Z-8 or Chadwicks almost every day for more protection.
Yes, I'm referring to the transparent roof. It looks sort of like plastic headlights that become cloudy.
If it is good shape, you could just use a good sealant (like I listed), but if it has already degraded (turned cloudy from neglect or UV damage), you need to proceed more cautiously because the Lexan has a thin (but hard) UV tinted coating on the outside that can be damaged by trying to polish too aggressively.
Choreo, It has already turned cloudy, I don't know if it is from neglect, exposure, or both. The rest of the car does not indicate neglect or exposure. Sealing may be the best first option to try. Thanks for the reply.
I live about 30 miles from Mid America Motorworks, so I drove over there to see what they might have. They weren't much help, so I went by a motorcycle/musician friend of mine, and we used some Menzerna mild abrasive polish which did a good job.

Menzerna Polishes are what I generally use on my paint when detailing - hard to beat! I have also used the Menzerna Nano-Polish lightly on mine before with no problems.
