I recently just purchased a modified 03 Z06. It has the StopTech BBK. It appears to be a 15 inch rotor. So far, the only wheels that I have been able to fit are the Forgelines that came on the car. I'm trying to add an inexpensive street wheel with drag radial on the back but I'm having a hard time finding something that will clear the caliper. The Forgelines have anout a 3 mm clearance.
What I have tried to fit so far:
Stock C5Z 18x10.5 rears
stock C6Z 18 inch fronts (closest to fit) probably would work with a 10mm spacer but then they would stick out a bit
18x9.5 inch Forgestar F14 not even close
I know that I can have a set of CCw's made or another set of Forgelines but I don't want to spend over 3k on wheels Im rarely going to use. Any wheels out there that I'm not thinking of? Should I go with a 19 inch up front and a 18 rear? Any help would be appreciated. Here are some pics of the car.
Forgestar F14s in the "Concave" version (not "Deep Concave") sized 18x9.5" +50mm clear C6Z calipers, which are thicker calipers than most aftermarket models. Which F14 wheels did you test fit?
This is an 18x11" F14 with +53mm offset in the "Deep Concave" version. They clear these C6Z calipers with at least a 1/2" to spare. They poke out of the fenders a little bit, so this member added modified C7Z fender extensions to cover them.
I suggest searching around the "Autocrossing & Roadracing" section, as many of those guys run big brake kits along with cheap Forgestars...
Thanks for the reply. I have the Forgestar concave f14 18x9.5 et50. They don't come close. I don't think my rotor size is a typical size for stoptech. Even c6z wheels won't clear. I might need to check with stoptech. I'll check the road race forum.

Stoptech can definitely help you. They can give you a template to share with the wheel companies. Even Forgestar can hook you up after getting the template.
Oh, I just thought of these guys! They spec a lot of Forgestar wheels for racing applications. Definitely worth calling!
