I bought my car used with headers already installed. Not sure on brand. It has hi flow cats. I have the stock Ti Z06 exhaust. Here's some pics of my setup:
I'm looking at this exhaust: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/c5-parts-for-sale-wanted/3651373-corsa-titanium-full-exhaust-system.html
Will this bolt up to my existing setup in any way? Or will I need to replace everything from the engine back?
If it were me I'd just keep things the way they are, or modify the factory titanium catbacks with the by-pass. I had LG-Pro long tube headers w/Xpipe & cats on my 03Z. Had both Corsa catbacks and stock catbacks. The stock titanium catbacks had the by-pass surgery so when U WOT U knew it. Put Corsa on there and of course it sounded great for a while, at all speeds. But I found myself getting into it constantly for the sound effects and that was not going to be good for me and police relations. After a couple months I put the lightweight modified by-pass factory catbacks back on which is the way I sold the car. The sound was great to me w/headers.
kind of hard to tell from the pics, but that doesn't look like it would bolt up. It looks like the over the axle pipes are different than the new corsa systems.

Thanks. So it would be an issue not only with the titanium, but any Corsa system? Is the Corsa Titanium the same fit as, say, Xtreme?

The Corsa Extreme looks like it would be easier to adapt to your headers and high flow cats. You may still need to have some pipes fabricated to get it to mate up behind your existing cats.
The titanium system was designed to be installed by cutting the stock H pipe behind the cats and removing that section along with the mufflers.
Hard to say but it looks like it would be very tight. The extreme system already has an X-pipe that comes with it. The Ti system has a short (about 12") adjustable width h-pipe that has to be mounted just after the cats. You will get decel popping with the H-pipe. I don't mind it but that is why most people buy some type of X-pipe.
If you want an X-pipe you will probably need to have it fabricated and I'm not sure they could even make one in the space you have. I had to shorten my Hi flow cats and have the flanges that bolt directly headers welded on the cats to get everything to fit. Also I had to have a custom H-pipe made as the one that came with the Corsa system wouldn't work.
I love my Corsa Ti system but I'm not sure it will work for you. It looks like your headers come back further than mine. IMO between the two, the Extreme system is going to be the better/easier/cheaper way to go.
I took a look under my car this morning. The clamps that hold the RSC chambers to my H-pipe are almost perfectly centered with the black brace for the floor pan about half way back under the door. The distance from that brace to the back of your cats is the room you have to mount a H or X pipe. It's hard to tell from the angle of your picture but it looks very tight.
I just replaced my TI axleback with corsa extreme. It fit just fine for me. I don't think corsa would make and exhaust with different dimensions for the same car. I also have aftermarket headers and x-pipe.
Will the Corsa titanium meet up with my headers currently if I don't use the Corsa midpipe/resonators and just the rear section?
If your asking if they will bolt up to your existing X-pipe, the answer is no.
The Corsa Ti over the axle pipes are a slip fit with a band clamp. Your X-pipe has a flange that needs to bolt to a mating flange on the over the axle pipe. You could buy just the Corsa Extreme mufflers and they would probably bolt up to your existing X-pipe.
