Haven't seen any advertised here on the forum. Have you considered a CF wrap?

I have been watching a set of real carbon fiber exterior mirror covers on eBay for some time. They are not currently posted but a company does make them and sells them for $200-$300. They are not full replacements, rather, they are a cover that you install over the existing exterior mirror.
I debated buying them, but decided to give the 3M 1080 Scotchprint vinyl wrap a try first. I have used it on my DIY side skirts and exterior mirrors and love the results. The finish is matte and not 'wet' carbon fiber, but it looks really good. It costs $20 of vinyl and a hairdryer to cover the mirrors. I'd try that first. If the real thing is what you want, keep an eye out for eBay. They will pop back up in a month or so. The company that makes them has good feedback and a ton of other products I just can't remember the Ebay Store's name.

Here is a link that sells the mirror covers and the base covers. They are made with real 2x2 twill carbon fiber, so a bit pricey. The mirror covers are $430 and the mirror base covers are $199. The ones I saw on eBay had been discussed in older posts on the forum and I found out that they are hydrographically dipped mirror covers, so not real carbon fiber. That would explain the $200 price difference.
You could probably buy a set of spare external mirrors and send them to a professional hydrographics company to get dipped and clear coated for less than $200.
