HIDs are not really compatible with the stock relectors

You can get away with HID bulbs in the low beam stock housing, but not the high beam. The stock housing will only work well (on high beam) with halogen bulbs, so find the best replacement bulb, and keep the low beams. Otherwise, you'll have to swap the stock housing for the really expensive ones sold on the forum by Radioflyer, or ebay DEPO types, etc.

I have the same prop. Installed 100W high and 80W low . They will go one way either the high beams right and the lows too low or the lows right and high beams too high . My 04 is lowered I think that might be the prop.. The C-5 lights %^&*( . Looking at something else to replace with . I don't think will ever be right .. The two bulbs are connected you adjust one the other goes with it ..WHAT .. Need to be independent of each other .. I have been working on mine for days I give up ..

I would never use HIDs in the highs.

I'd replace those Stock lights with Radioflyers Headlights, he does HID for low beams and LED's for high beams, all I can say is Holy Chit those leds light up the road in the dark when you need them.

2 Years and it was money well spent.
