Friend and former Tonawanda engine plant employee arranged a tour of the plant today. Saw a lot of engines and lots of robots. Very clean environment for the LT1 engines. We were not allowed to take pictures but they gave us a goodie bag. The 4 who brought Vettes got something extra

I remember my '70 454 Corvette engine had the Tonawanda stickers on the valve covers.
I did read that Corvette engine production will be moving from Tonawanda to Bowling Green. Guess that's to save transportation costs and shipping time?
