Anyone going to Funfest Saturday? It looks like the weather is going to stink but I think we are going to head over anyway. We haven't missed one in eleven years, hate to break tradition.

I drove there with some other vettes on Friday. We really tore it up getting there. My C5 ran like a champ! Yes the early PM weather was rainy off and on for hours. Spent most of our time in the installation tent watching the paint protection film being installed. Bought some leather interior items and watched exhaust systems being installed. Finally cleared up in the afternoon. Spent the afternoon in the Fun Dome buying Vette gear. The rest of my time was at the Adams tent watching demos. Got my car (Nevy Blue Metallic C5) paint corrected by Adam in a demonstration. The products worked so well, I ended up buying more Adams product than I intended to buy. Adam is a very cool guy, and knows his stuff.
Despite the weather, we had a great time. Was my first time at the Corvette Fun Fest. Met a bunch of very very fine people. I will attend next year, God willing.
My Wife and I are going up Saturday. We were there Friday and there was a very small crowd. I am sure that the rain caused this. Normally the parking areas are filled with Corvettes. Below is a picture of one of the parking areas and the Corvette Forum parking area.
We went Saturday, the forecast turned out to be wrong. It was a gorgeous day. We had to do a little mudding to park . We had a great time. I love that show wouldn't miss it rain or shine. We bought some Adams product too and spent some money in the fun dome.
