After having my steering column locked up, I bought the LMC5 kit and it worked in a sense. The steering column is no longer locked up and it drives fine now, however now my display is all crazy. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you fix it?
I disconnected the battery, and unplugged everything on the bcm. I plugged everything back in and it works perfect, so I guess there was a loose connection somewhere. Hopefully this will help someone in the future.
Sorry I now remember that happening to me, I had mine on a battery tender and turned the key to on !!! I had never seen that before and I remembered that I disconnected the batt for a while and all was good. A side note is I have my tender hooked to the positive and ground on the alt. //// I didn't know if that was what cause my malfuntion, as we all know the C 5 is a different cat !!!!!!!
