ABS light ?

ABS light ?

How many ABS lights do you have on your dash? Iv got one on the right,under the volt gauge that comes on then goes out like it should.but it looks like there is another one under the RPM side just under the 5 I have never seen come on. What is that one for?

It's the airbag light.... And it should cycle on then off when you start the car

Yes.the one on the right, under the volt gauge does.i guess what I'm asking is the one on the left side,most under the 5 I've never seen come on.are you saying both should come on?

ABS is anti lock brakes

if you are referring to airbag lights, yes, there is one on the left side also

WOW I feel like the idiot.... I do know the diff.sometimes my finger out runs my brain

no wonder no one else responded,they didn't know what the hell I was talking about. Yes i am talking about the AIR BAG light.so back to 0, does both of the AIR BAG lights come on and go out when you turn the key on?

Only the right one activates on mine. Not even my owners manual shows the second one on the left nor does it acknowledge its existence anywhere in the literature.

I was thinking earlier....2 airbags = 2 lights but none of my cars have two lights while they all have two airbags.

So why the second one is there is not something I can answer.

No worries, it's been raining here all weekend so I needed an excuse to sit in it, and then start it. I came back in from the garage and the wife looks at me and says "really??!!"

I had to show her this conversation, she didn't believe me
