I've looked at Corvette Central, Ecklers, the usual suspects and I can't seem to find a replacement center console door. I don't need the whole console, locking cylinder, cover, or hinge-- mine are all in great shape-- but the plastic door that the leather cover attaches too has a broken hooking thingamajiggy that keeps it from latching properly.
Any of the experts here know where I can get that door? Or if I were to post in C5 parts wanted, what I would even call it exactly. I'm new to 5's, so please be patient with me.

Give One of the used parts vendors a call and explain what you need. Chances are they will have exactly the part you are looking for. BTW, a pic of the exact part you are looking for would help.
If you'd like a truly custom made console cover, Redline Goods, a vendor on the forum, can probably make anything you can imagine. Mine shown here is black leather on top, alcantara sides, red piping and a custom pinstripe embroidered design I created for them. It came out exactly the way I ordered it.
Not sure exactly how to explain what is needed. Maybe a picture or two is best. The piece of the plastic next to the male latch end appears to have been broken off. I'm not sure what the piece is supposed to look like.
I am also in need of a replacement cup holder cover, though I have been able to find those in the aftermarket catalogues-- but I have no idea how easy or hard it will be to replace/repair it.
