Default Problem lowering the z06

My mechanic and I attempted to lower my z06 today. The bolt on front driver side is completely stuck. The washer is actually missing from the back. we tried soaking it, tried some heat, vice gripped..nothings working. The other bolts were tough but we got them. Obviously we can't lower the car though because this bolt just won't let it happen. Simple question, what do i have to do to lower this car? Thanks for any advice!

use pb blaster on the bolt and let it set over night.then use a block of wood and a floor jack on the end of the leafspring on the drivers side and jack it up just enough to take the pressure of the lowering bolt

The same thing happened to me, I ended stripping the 10mm bolt head so I had to pull the dam leafspring out of the car. I ended up welding a bigger nut to the bolt and broke it free that way. Then I installed the eibach lowering bolt kit.

What does the kit replace? If i get the kit i still have to get that bolt of right?

The eibach kit consist of the 4 bolts, yes you will have to remove that bolt still.

Had the same problem , I used BP blaster over night going out and spraying the bolts every 2 HRS. or so let it sit over night . that worked but was worried it would not . I had to cut the bottom washer off and came out through the top side but before you do this make sure it will turn . I have seen some just drop the spring on the control arm with nothing under the spring ,I would not do that . Took a day to get mine out and replaced can be a real pain .
