So I finished replacing my wiper motor's pulse board today, and right as I was closing the hood, I noticed orange goo on/around the coolant tank. You can see it in the pics below around the edge. What would cause this? I've cleaned the engine bay before so I know it must be a recent occurrence. The coolant has NOT been added to since then so it's not overspill. Any idea?

The leak seems to be coming from this hose connection point. It's like it's not tight enough. How would I tighten it?
