Unfortunately, GM did not really break down every combination of options that were on the cars. Coming up with an accurate number of AE cars with a 6 speed is simply not a thing that is likely to happen.

I’m looking at a 50th anniversary special edition vert 6spd a 9.5 of 10. The car has 91k miles but is as new as you can want appearance and mechanical wise. Has beautiful 06 wheels and comes with original rims. What do y’all think the car is worth?

A 2003 with 91k miles maybe 12k to me. Too many good examples out there with way fewer miles and the F55 suspension has to be tuned out when you replace the shocks with aftermarket since you can't get the F55 shocks new any more.
If you're specifically looking for the anniversary edition package do your research. Every 03 was marked/badged in some way but not all of them had the anniversary package.
