Don't know if it's wrong but another issue is high speeds while windows are down and top is up..... continuously do this and soon you'll be asking how to put the rear window back in
LOL, the protective cloth is secured by two elastic straps to keep tight to rear cowling. They are there somewhere but have come loose from protective cloth (or cut off by PO) Look for ends of black elastic straps and re secure to cloth. Keep cloth as it protects the glass from scratches.
My straps are there but over the years have been stretched out so not really doing anything. I just live with it because if the windows are down usually the top is too.
