I had a problem like that as the holder was not square and it wedged one of the cases. I took apart the player, put the holder back together and haven't had any problems since.
I took the changer out and whacked it on the side until the jammed disc peeked out of the slot and pulled it out with needle nose pliers. Worked for a week and jammed up again so I quit.
hi guys, I bought a pair of needle nose pliers with a curved tip. I wrapped the ends with elastic bands, then pulled the CD out. It seemed to be stuck, but after a few jerks...it came out.
