I have seen chrome wraps before and sometimes they look good and other times not so much. I like the c7 above but would never do it to one if I owned it.
There was a 05 I think GTO popping up on Craigslist local to me that had a chrome wrap on it. For some reason, I don't think they look too terribly bad. Gaudy yes, but eye catching none the less.

I doubt I would want to do something like that to one of my cars, but I really do not think it is all that bad. The color combo is great and looks like a quality wrap job.

I have quite a few die cast C5-R's that are special editions in that color chrome variation but, I would never want a full size automobile with that. I'm sure it gets attention because it's radically different, that doesn't mean it's a good thing. Looks like it was professionally done, and it shows. Not my cup of tea but, kudos to the artist. At least they didn't make it a donk.
