Default C5 z06

I cannot shift into reverse , throw out bearing has been making a grinding sound.Do I need to install new Clutch Kit

No offense, but didn't you just answer your own question?
If the throw out bearing is bad (unless you just installed one and it happened to be defective), 90% of the time, it will be time to change out the clutch as well.

At the least I would plan on it. That way if the clutch and pressure plate look fine, just count it as a bonus. Doubt that will be the case however.

if you have been driving with a bad TB you better hope that's all it needs. an unsupported input shaft under load can wreck the shaft and the bearings it rides on

Check front torque tube bearings while you have it apart. Consider a remote bleeder as well. I wish I added that last time around.
