You can try using some dielectric grease and lubricate the weatherstripping.

I used the GM dielectric grease on my 2001 coupe, I put it on all the weatherstripping and it seemed to almost look like it was drying the weatherstripping out. The first time I rolled up the window it seemed to drag the motor down. It seems OK now but it didn't make it look any better.
