Call Eastwood or look them up, I've been using their caliper kit for years and they hold up well.

I've used Folia Tec caliper paint on my last four vehicles. Excellent quality and easy to apply (two part expoxy based paint). Can be bought in the big auction site.

Did either of you do the brackets as well? And did you need two kits in order to have enough material to do so?

If your car is a DD then you might want to have your calipers powder coated.

If you want to do it right, use the Por15 caliper paint. It requires a bit of prep, but the finish is bomb proof. When I did pads and rotors in my car, I did the calipers and rotor hats.

When using any of these non-aerosal products (POR, G2, Foliotec), does it matter if the calipers already have a spray painted surface? Will it still adhere and last, or would you need to remove the first coating?

Mine had been rattle canned silver to start with. I used aerosol paint stripper, then used a metal prep wash to make sure it stuck.

I used a caliper paint kit from a Corvette vendor and it turned out pretty good but with it being a daily driver it looked awful after awhile. I eventually bought powder coated calipers and brackets, looked 10 times better and a lot easier to clean.

I needed one kit. And painted the brackets also. Makes the calipers look larger !! I might have some pictures. But I would have to check. No complaints about the G2 caliper paint. Did about 3 coats each. And still had a little paint left. Turns into a brick in 24 hours. Lol.

I used hi-temp rattle can paint from an auto supply, and it still looks great 7 years later.

Thanks all, picked up some Duplicolor yesterday to experiment with. Now i have to wait for warmer weather. Here in Ma we won't see 70* again until April !

Used Duplicolor years ago on DD and still looks good.
