cats and exhaust
Ok, so my current exhaust that was on the car when I purchased it last year was said to have new cats on it. but it doesn't look quite right. one side doesn't even bolt up correctly. Now with that being said I found a stock exhaust with an borla x pipe for a good price. After examining it, it looks like there are two small ***** or what appears to be cats just after the collector, then the larger cats just after that, then the o2 sensors. Am i seeing this correctly and are the pre cats really necessary i dont think my current exhaust has them hence why one side of my exhaust doesn't bolt up correctly. I did notice that one of the small ones was broken but the other one is fine should I replace the bad one? or bust out both of the pre cats to match. Are they really necessary? I would love to put full exhaust on it but cant afford that now plus i want to do all my performance upgrades at once. So for right now just some small things.
