Telescoping Steering Column Not Retracting
My telescoping steering column stopped working on me recently. I hear the motor activating when I push the button to pull it back towards the dashboard, but nothing when I try to retract it out towards the drivers seat.
Assuming the motor is going out on me. Any good instructions out there for replacing it? Or any other suggestions before trying that?

Try resetting the stops by turning the key on but do not start.Push the button on the column at least eight times in one direction until it moves and hold for a couple of seconds. Do the same in the other direction and this will reset the stops. Worked for me and doesn't cost anything to try.

That solution has worked for a number of people having problems with their tile/tele steering column.
