Default Windshield washer problem

I have an 02 coupe with a non functioning windshield washer. (the wipers work fine) When I push the washer button I do NOT hear the usual pulsation of the washer pump so its not a fuse or clogged up or disconnected washer line. What I need to know is the location of the washer pump and its cost? (Is it in the fluid reservoir??

It's on the bottom of the reservoir, just snaps in place. You pull the two nuts -- one toward the front, one toward the rear -- lift a bit, unplug the level sensor and the pump motor, unplug the tubing connector, and the reservoir lifts out. Turn it over (it will empty!) and the pump simply snaps out. Good pumps are in $30 range, cheap (i.e. Autozone & similar) less than $20.
I pulled mine and checked it against the battery. Ran but rattled, so I tried a new one. Managed to find all 10 leaks in the tubing and fittings...
