Kook 1 7/8" Headers

Has anyone installed a new set of these recently? I put 1 7/8" on my 03 Z06 back in 2010 and they were very hard to install. I recently installed a set of 1 3/4" Kooks and they slid right in with no issues and great fitment. I know Kooks re-designed these headers somewhat recently to install much easier.

I'm going to be purchasing a set of these for my car, just wondering if the 1 7/8" go in nice and easy? If not, I mat opt for the 1 3/4".

I thought they go in pretty well, shoot even my 2" Kooks fit great! Much better then I thought they would for a 2" header.

I installed a set of Kooks redesigned 1 3/4 long tube headers in August 2016 and they slipped in from underneath very easily without having to remove the starter or lift the engine or undo the steering shaft.

I installed the new design ones....one of the easiest header installs I have ever done on ANY car ever. They fit like a glove. Whatever you do don't the Kooks mufflers they drone like crap.
