Front end parts cleaning

Anyone have suggestions for best way to clean a arms and spindles after removed?
Mine are coated with grease and I am wondering if I should media blast them?

This stuff works great & will make those arms & spindles look like new.

(NAPA) Aluminum Brightner

Buy at any NAPA Auto Parts Store.
Comes in a Spray bottle.
You will be amazed.

Also you can find "etching wheel cleaner" at the auto parts stores, I just bought some to clean A-arms when I will take them off to put in poly bushings. It's about $6 a spray bottle, just bought some.
