Default CCW Classics....fitment/correct specs...help!!

Was thinking of going wide body with L5 rear fenders....might hold off on that and just get some new CCW Classics to fit the stock fenders....

I want to go with 18" all around....looks like for proper fitment (I don't want any poke at all)....18" x 10" front and 18" x 11" rear....275/35/18 and 305/30/18 I believe would be the correct tire size....just need to know the proper backspacing (I think front would be 7.5 and rear 8.25?)and what size lips (1" front and 2" rear?) I can get away with....anyone that has pictures as well please post them up, would be greatly appreciated. My car is lowered on Stance coilovers.

All the best,

Michael

I don't know if things have changed at CCW, since the Weld takeover, but in the past, you could call them, tell them what you want to do, and they'd have the necessary application information available at hand.

John is still there and will respond to fitment questions if you email customer service. He personally responded to my emails last month when I inquired about wheels for a wide-body setup.

I called the day before and found out John is no longer there....spoke with a Paul....I'm certain he can help but I was hoping to see exact setups with pictures and know without any doubt that what I want is what I'll get.

All the best,

Michael

Thanks for the replies...sounds like Big Street Classic is the ticket...appears to be 18"x10" front and 18"X11.5" rear...All with proper offset........looks like in the rear I could go with 305/35/18 or 315/30/18 and have the tire not poke given I'm lowered on coilovers....

any recommendation on tires that meet those specs and where to order them from? I see Michelin PS2s would work but a bit pricey.

All the best,

Michael

If you PM me I can send you pics of my car. I have Classics in the same sizes you want. My tires are 265/35 and 295/35 which is the match to factory sizes. Send me your e-mail for my reply.

I am running Continental Extreme Contacts DW in the sizes I previously mentioned. The rears sit slightly past the fender edge. Any wider and the fronts and rears will stick out.
