50th Anniversary trim needed
We have a 50th anniversary with less than 8,000 miles on her. We had to take it in for a state inspection in order to keep our plates and when we returned home we realized that the mechanic sliced the driver side A-Pillar trim with a razor blade. Called GM and the part is discontinued.
Can anyone help us find a new OEM replacement part? Googled a lot of sites, but so far no luck.

If you can't find a replacement piece, contact a few local dealers and see who they use for interior repairs to their cars. The at least used to be a vendor around here called Dr. Vinyl that did interior repairs (dash, leather, etc.) and they did an excellent job. Perhaps there is a similar vendor near you.
